Over the past year, the Durban & Coast SPCA:

  • Vaccinated 8232 dogs and 797 cats;
  • Investigated 7380 cases of cruelty and Issued 969 warnings;
  • Prosecuted 25 offenders;
  • Collected 208 abandoned animals;
  • Checked 46 farms and 264 pet shops;
  • Reached nearly
    100 000 school children since 2005 with our Humane Education programme.
