Report : Charge laid against uncle

Two young township men brought their dog to the SPCA. Their uncle had cut part of its ears off because it had done its business on his lawn. It was a friendly, gentle animal in otherwise good condition, and the two men were very distressed.

The dog was treated and was allowed to go home with its owners, but not before they had asked that a charge be laid against their uncle for his cruelty. A docket was opened. .... more reports »
