Two security dogs were found locked in filthy back toilets. A security company had hired the dogs out to the owner of a superette, who was keeping them under the most unbelievably disgusting conditions. And this in a place selling food. The man who was supposedly ‘looking after’ them took off.
City Health was notified. Roshen had to break the lock with pole-cutters to get the dogs out as the SPCA officials were refused the key. Cyprian removed the two German Shepherds. The inspectors then went directly to the police station, where Roshen knows the superintendent. He asked for a case number, and the superintendent came down straight away and completed the paperwork. The security company was charged.
The two dogs were gentle, friendly creatures and were not at all security dog material.
