This is always a traumatising time for the Inspectorate, and they are kept busy checking and monitoring the huge transporting of animals from other centres and also the slaughtering procedures.

The only Qurbani incident – apart from the slaughter of some 4000 animals – was a vehicle left abandoned with its animal load. The sheep survived.    .... more reports »
