IMPORTANT NOTE
Vets should contact the SPCA when animals are brought in with conditions that their owners cannot afford to treat. These animals cannot simply be left to suffer.
It would be helpful if members would tell their domestic workers that, even if they have no facilities for bathing their dogs, they can dip their dogs quite effectively by spraying them with a mixture of dip properly diluted with water and just leaving them to “drip dry”.
